  • Profit & Loss — revenue, cost of sales and expenses over the period, ending in net profit or loss. Tip: set the period to This year (YTD), compare to Previous year with % change, and you have an instant year-on-year review.
  • Balance Sheet — assets, liabilities and equity as of a date. Assets equal liabilities plus equity.
  • Cash Flow Statement — how cash moved, in operating, investing and financing activities. Indirect (starts from net profit and adjusts; the layout auditors expect) or Direct (traces each cash movement).
  • Trial Balance — every account's closing debit or credit balance; total debits equal total credits.
  • Movement of Equity — opening equity, the year's profit, contributions, distributions and closing equity.
