Chapter 19 · Reports·1 min read

  • General Ledger — every posted transaction grouped by account with a running balance; empty accounts hidden by default.
  • Detailed General Ledger — the same with every line's document type, contact and description.
  • Journal — entries grouped by source document with the full debit/credit breakdown, a Balance Check badge (Balanced / Out of balance), and a Type filter (sale invoice, bill, payment received, manual journal, production entry…).
  • Account Transactions — a flat list of every posted line for the period: date, account, type, reference, contact, description, debit and credit. Pick one Account or all, set a Limit, and run.
  • Account Type Summary — balances grouped by account type with debit, credit and net per type.
  • Activity Logs & Audit Trail — who did what, when: every create, update, post, void and delete across the organisation, with the user, the record and the before/after values where captured. Advanced plan.
