Chapter 22

Settings is where an administrator shapes LedgersLab to the organisation: company details and branding, users and roles, email and reminders, document defaults and numbering, accounting rules, inventory structure, the AI assistant, and the integrations. Approval rules are managed on each module's Approvals page (Chapter 14). It has its own full-width frame: a left rail of settings groups, a Search settings box that filters the rail as you type, and Back to app at the top right.

Most pages end in a sticky Save changes / Discard changes bar; Save changes stays disabled until something has changed.

The rail is grouped into three blocks — Workspace (Organization, Team & Access, Communication), Modules (Sales, Contacts, Accounting, Inventory, CRM, HRMS) and Advanced (Developer, Integrations).
