14.5Notifications

Chapter 14 · Approvals·1 min read

Approvers are notified (bell and, if enabled, email) when a request reaches their level; the notification names the document by its number and opens the module's Approvals page. Submitters are notified when a request is approved or rejected; that notification opens the document. Choose which of these you receive at Settings → Communication → Notification Preferences.

Proposals from Fusion AI are not approvals of this kind: they wait in Fusion AI → Proposals (Chapter 20).
