- Accounts — companies you sell to and through: Account, Type, Industry, Annual revenue, Employees, Location, Owner, Score. An account page shows its details, the contacts attached to it (through a contact–account relationship with a role), its opportunities, activities, files and history.
- Customer (on the account page) — the accounting customer the account is invoiced as. Once linked it shows what the customer Owes and its Open invoices; Unlink leaves the customer and its documents as they are. Not yet linked, it lists existing customers with the account's name or a contact's email — Link one rather than creating a duplicate — or Create customer makes one from the account (name, billing city, website, phone and the first contact's email; you are asked for an email if no contact has one). An account has one customer, and a customer one account; billing details are kept on the customer in Sales.
- Contacts — the people behind the accounts: Name, Email, Phone, Location, Source, Owner, Score. A contact can be attached to one or more accounts.
