  1. On the sign-in page click Forgot password? (below the password box).
  2. Enter your Email and click the button. The page shows Check your inbox — a link to set a new password has been emailed to you.
  3. Open the email and click the link. On the Choose a new password page enter New password and Confirm new password, then submit. The page confirms Your password has been reset and you can sign in with the new password.
