List pages — Invoices, Bills, Items, Employees, Tickets and the rest — share one toolbar and one table. Once you know it you know them all.
- Page heading with the record count and the primary New … button.
- Status tabs just below the heading (for example All · Unpaid · Overdue · Paid · Draft on Invoices) with the count in each. Click a tab to filter.
- Search — searches the columns that identify a record (number, name, reference, email).
- Filter — opens a filter bar for the fields that matter on that list (customer, date range, status, warehouse…). Active filters appear as removable chips under the toolbar.
- Group by — on lists that support it, groups rows under collapsible headers (for example by customer or by status).
- Columns — the column chooser. Show or hide columns; the choice is remembered per list and per browser. At least one column must stay visible.
- Export — downloads the current list, with the filters applied, as a CSV file.
- Table / Board — some document lists can be viewed as a board, one column per status, instead of a table.
- Row actions — hover a row for view, edit and delete icons, and a ⋯ menu for anything else that record supports.
- Bulk actions — tick the checkboxes at the left of several rows and a bar appears (3 selected) with the actions that can be applied to all of them.
- Pagination at the foot of the table: choose 10, 20, 50 or 100 rows per page; the caption shows 1–20 of 348.
- Sorting — click a column header to sort; click again to reverse.
Most of a record's identifying column (the invoice number, the customer name) is a link that opens the record. Clicking the row elsewhere usually does the same.
