When the organisation runs payroll through Gusto (Settings → Integrations → Gusto Payroll), an extra Payroll entry appears in the Accounting rail: Pay runs fetched from Gusto and the journals they post.
- Sync pulls completed pay runs from Gusto (Sync complete — 2 imported, 5 already posted).
- Each run shows Pay date, Gross pay, Employer tax, Cash out and Status. Click a run to see the journal it posted — each account with its debit and credit — and Open in Journal report.
Because Gusto calculates the taxes, the HRMS payroll pages are hidden for these organisations; employees still see their pay statements under HRMS → My Self → My Pay.
