- The assistant works as you: it can only read and propose what your role allows. A bookkeeper without access to payroll cannot ask about salaries; a viewer cannot create invoices.
- Your prompts, attachments and the business data needed to answer are processed by trusted third-party AI providers under data-protection agreements, and are not used to train their models. Bank feed categorisation runs entirely inside LedgersLab — bank transaction data is never sent to an external model.
- AI can make mistakes. Review numbers, dates and categories before relying on them or sending them to customers and vendors; you are responsible for what is recorded through your account. It is not a substitute for professional legal, tax or compliance advice.
