• Overview — where every open drive stands today.
  • Job Openings — a recruitment drive: Title, Vacancies, Primary job position, Company, Opens / Closes, the Open positions it covers, Recruitment managers, Survey template (the application questions), Skills, Description, Published (shown on the public careers page), Résumé and Photo optional or required, Event based and the Stages of its pipeline.
  • Careers Page — the internal mirror of the public page: copy the application link for a role to share it. The public page lists Open roles and takes applications with no account needed.
  • Candidates — everyone who applied or was added: Full name, Email, Mobile, Recruitment, Job position, Stage, Source (Careers page, Sourced, Other), résumé, portfolio and address. On a candidate: Schedule interview (Date, Time, Interviewers, Agenda), Add note (optionally Visible to the candidate), Rate, Send mail (from a template), Reject (Reason *, Notes for the record), Add to talent pool (Skill zones, Why keep them warm?) and, once an offer is accepted, Hire, which starts onboarding.
  • Pipeline — the candidates of a drive as cards by stage; drag to move.
  • Interviews — a calendar of scheduled interviews.
  • Application Questions — the question sets asked on the application form.
  • Talent Pool — strong candidates worth revisiting when the next role opens, grouped by skill zone.

Settings → Hiring holds rejection reasons, skills, mail templates and Candidate self-service (whether candidates get a portal to track their application and complete onboarding tasks).
