Everything about the signed-in person, in one place:

  • Overview — Leave available, Last net pay, My open tickets, Active objectives; panels for Leave balances, My pay statements, My assets, My tickets and My objectives.
  • My Pay — every pay statement, with the PDF.
  • My Attendance — the Check in / Check out clock, Today, Worked in view, Overtime in view, Awaiting validation, the attendance calendar and the punch log.
  • My Time Off — leave balances by type (Paid / Unpaid), your requests and their status, and Apply for leave.
  • My Documents — documents on your file and requests for documents you still owe.

#Clocking in and out

On My Self → My Attendance click Check in when you start and Check out when you finish (Checked out · 8.25 worked). The day's record is created against your shift and work type; if you forget, raise an Attendance request (section 17.4) so a manager can correct it. If your shift has auto punch-out set (Settings → People → shift schedules), a check-out you forget is made for you at that time; you get a notification, and the day is left unvalidated so HR can confirm the hours.

#Applying for leave

  1. My Self → My Time Off → Apply for leave.
  2. Leave type, From and To, First day counts as and Last day counts as (Full day, First half, Second half), Reason and an attachment when the leave type requires one. The Requested days panel shows the days counted (holidays and non-working days are excluded when the type says so) and the impact on your balance.
  3. Submit. The request is Requested until a manager approves or rejects it; you can cancel it while it is pending.
