A transfer moves stock between two of your warehouses without changing the total.
Inventory → Warehouse Transfers → New transfer: Date *, Transfer # (auto when blank), From warehouse *, To warehouse * (must differ), and one line per item — Item * (fills the cost), Description, Quantity *, Cost. Click Create transfer.
Statuses: Draft → In transit (Initiate — stock has left the source) → Transferred (Mark transferred — stock has arrived). The transfer page shows the Route, the initiated and transferred dates, and totals; Edit and Delete are available until it is transferred, after which it is locked.
